Dont give up. After calling Trident 3 times, I finally got a hold of an employee that cared & actually took time to let me know the product I wanted was discontinued. The other 2 Trident employees wouldnt of been able to give me their names. It is so hard to find employees that care about customers.

Trident has the worst customer service that Ive ever run into for a business. You email them. a week later they email you back to do a review. So Im gonna do a bad review and find another company for gum..

The representative didnt have any idea what I was talking about. He asked me the zip code in my area. I gave it to him. He said you are on the Oklahoma City area? I said No. I am in the Little Rock AR area. He then told me have I looked on AMAZON. Something is in your your trident spearmint gum. Please call me . The girl m feels stringy after chewing. It feels like a stringy corn husk 214-796-****

User's recommendation: That something is stringy in every park I’ve chewed . I don’t know much I have to type. I don’t know how that works with every slice and purchase more and it still is in it lately.

Complaint- There's plastic pieces in my gum

I am chewing Trident Vibe Tropical gum. I have now chewed 4 different pieces that have a tiny piece of plastic or something else like plastic in it. Its thin and about 1cm long and sharp on the ends. I cant believe this. Its disgusting. It almost looks like a piece of a human finger nail. What is this about? Have there been other complaints or is it just this one container of gum I have? I kept one of the plastic pieces if you dont believe me
